Whetstone 2
for coaches to expand their work and conversations into societal and global contexts
How do we love the world? Whetstone 2 shifts the focus away from ourselves. We delve into the challenges of being a human being in the face of our and another’s humanity. We look to others, our spiritual practices, and the world to find out what is needed and wanted of us, what it is that only we can provide at this point in our evolution and in the world’s evolution.
What is it to be of loving use? What happens to love, and use, when we move beyond our immediate spheres? How do we support our clients to be of use beyond their own immediate sphere? We will engage in these questions and more. While Whetstone 1 is not a prerequisite for this program, it is recommended.
My greatest takeaway is that the world does need love and can be loved. I am not simply one person in it, but AM the collective and therefore can live as the collective and have impact. And that directly impacts my experience of myself in the world as well.

Exploring visionaries, impossible promises, and utopias
“You make being magical seem so damned obvious. I can’t acknowledge you enough for the space that you’ve created for the continued transformation of some already very transformed humans, but also for all you’ve taught me showing up authentically as a parent, as an artist, as an intellectual, and as a human. You’re incredibly profound and incredibly silly. Being in Whetstone has felt like being with my people, and that is all because of you.”
